All the market can see is another CR.
It's a bit of a dejavu moment. Nine months ago they waited until the very last moment to do the CR, with talk being "they must be very close to signing a deal, and receiving government grants. And here we are again expecting another CR with the same talk.
They don't do themselves or shareholder any favours by hanging it out like this and lettting the price get lower and lower.
What is the market expecting? Another raise at a fifteen to twenty percent discount and massive dilution.
