As the way I see it is dilution is only at 10% from the cap raise cash. if the free oppies have a decent strike price , then another when that’s converted at an even higher price it’s a good thing.
Means cash will keep flowing in as the SP rises before the revenue has landed.
Then they really don’t have to ever do another cap raise if the company becomes successful
