    some easter musings

    from the last interview

"we are very excited about the future. We are not actually giving any guidance on our numbers at this stage because we are early stage revenue. But, uh, as I'm sure you and your viewers would appreciate, uh, with a couple of targeted consumer electronics opportunities in the second half of the year and an opportunity to work with, uh, a couple of major electric vehicle manufacturers with a high price product. Um, you know, it doesn't take long for us to be looking at some very meaningful revenue."

they aren't giving guidance but it's not too difficult to work out some ranges of future revenue if managements plans come to fruition. still hurdles to jump, like commissioning the prod facility and even though we are working with ev and consumer electronics companies, we still have to seal the deal.

    from the 13min mark 20/9/23

"we anticipate as demand builds and we get more success and more visibility within the broader battery market that we will look at outsourced manufacturing and again we are having conversations with companies such as BASF, Ashland and Trinseo, major chemical companies that can manufacture at scale for us. initial production out of Brisbane with a view to expand more aggressively into europe over time "

    45.30 of agm 14/11/23

"and we are already having conservations with potential parties in Europe about manufacturing and toll manufacturing"

we have a ball park figure of anteoX being $400 per litre.

our production facility will have a capacity of 80K litres when completed.

now this is just my opinion, what would managements estimation of the need for AnteoX  be, to be having these discussions about manufacturing in europe? they would have spoken to the 10 -12 companies we are dealing with about future demand (of course if a deal is signed)

would it be 200k -300k litres. don't think so. anteo could run a double shift and expand anteoX production in Australia if that was what demand could be. why go to the trouble of having a 3rd party get involved if the future demand isn't approaching very high hundred thousands plus?

then any figure of anteoX around $400 per litre would value anteotech in many many multiples of where we are now.  whats 800k litres at $400/litre. this isn't going to happen in the short term,( maybe never will, added that to release the pressure value that would be building with the bedwetters reading this ) but thats the vision that management are giving us for the coming years.

so what are the remaining hurdles, I'm sure there are more than what I'll post but these are the major ones

    - funding IMO this won't be a problem other than how much dilution it could cause. its going to be a test for management to see how they have planned this. the $1.4m helps

    - completing commissioning of the production facility. again don't think it will be a problem but until it's announced successful, it's an unknown

-getting the deals signed. we shown the improvement anteoX and our high silicon anode produces, the cost savings, faster charging, ease of manufacturing, performance improvement etc. as ewen said at the agm we have moved from discussions with lab coats to suits. our tech is being tested by several companies at this stage. seemingly the last hurdle to clear before any deals will be signed.

it's all pie in the sky until a deal is signed. it's still very much a spec stock but one with so much possible upside in the next 6-9 months +. it's nice to dream... have a safe and happy easter to all

ps. from the agm presentation we had this at around 28.30

"and it's certainly not beyond the realms of possibility that in the near future we'll have apple ear buds with anteoX inside, we are working with world leaders across this chain"

    then from yesterday

"We're also working with some leading consumer, uh, companies that have wearables such as, uh, the electric watches, the earbuds. Um, and we're, uh, we've just signed a materials transfer agreement with a leading company in Europe, uh, to evaluate the use of our lead product, AnteoX, in these products with a view to entering into a commercial agreement in the second half of the year."

not directly with apple but with a supplier of batteries to apple maybe... Hmmmm

    DYOR, IMO, GLTAH etc etc
