Thank you, little dig at the end is fine with me haha!.
Things at MSB are challenging no question about that. But I've never had a big holding in it but recently bought more. If you want to understand that stock I suggest you do some research and comment in that forum.
I backed ADO more strongly and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life with investing. And at the core were governance issues, pump and dumpers with gifs and a massive amount of group think.... so I've learned that lesson well and truly. MSB does not have the dilution issues even with the issues with the FDA.
And I always look at SOI, governance and past behaviour and how the company is understood by the market or not. When you have colossal SOI you will get a consolidation as night follows day. What matters is what you paid for your shares and if the BOD had the integrity to not go for dilution and at what point they do the consolidation.
If the BOD and Executive are strong, and have excellent commercial acumen and judgement plus expertise in the relevant fields, then it comes to circumstances it becomes a matter of time for success to develop, it's strategic.
So I stay calm with BOD's who take their obligations seriously. I want to understand what has gone on, what is going on and why. If someone is being white-anted or sledged from within I ask myself why. If people aren't asking enough questions ditto.
ADO may since have cleaned up its act to an extent (and got some interest from cornerstone investors) but shareholders in here clearly have not.
Comments like 'unhinged' have no place in discussion but people love to indulge in a hate fest, it's how they process disappointment,
It's ironic that those who most like to use that term against others, are the least balanced themselves.
Emotionally mature males will not get angry and do a pile-in. That's because they can stand on their own two feet and make an independent and dispassionate judgement without fear or favour.
Even if the ADO SP recovers the head kickers have nothing to be proud of. ADO has been a killing field it's been a very unpleasant situation indeed.
