That's one way I guess, but is that it any more workable?
If you're a promoter or an event organizer, testing and validation will need to be done in a somewhat controlled way. IMO you simply can't reply on every chemist ,doctors surgery, medical centre, RSL, pub, airport. to do the job for you. And a half dozen readers a the venue is simple not going to be enough (IMHO).
