To stop fraud. I wonder if we would also need a finger print reader or a face recognition camera to link the data and barcode allocated to the test done to a unique identifier?
The site doing the test would be known by the serial number of the machine.
I imagine if the test is the gateway to freedoms then very high risk of fraud arises.
