- is the test co doing it on the cheap? what are we paying for the undertakings?

- we are a second test wherever we are , all these patients are being tested normally also. has this been a stressor on test staff and possibly affecting compliance?

- are we taking random samples per site or all samples per site?

now that the company has to do this the harder way, i assume they have a roadmap. perhaps they could provide some surety that some of the possible variables have been accounted for.
