I agree that Anteotech cant announce every sales contract placed via our distributors going forward. However, announcing details of distributor agreements where the distributor has either paid for a certain number of tests or have committed to selling a minimum number of tests is price sensitive IMO and should be announced to the market.
On 28 July 2020, Atomo announced that their distributor - Access Bio had committed to sell 2mill units or pay the shortfall by 30 September 2021.
If Anteotech has made a similar agreement with one of the 3 distributors, apart from being amazing news, surely this has to be announced to the market?
I suspect we have a similar deal with our distributors waiting to be signed off and announced once Eugeni has been registered in the relevant jurisdictions. This could happen within the month I think.
