Random, your example is fine for an established business but for a fledging business that is not yet cash flow positive (without CR's and Govt grants) such information is of vital importance.
I've supported the business for many years and really like our progress to date. However, if we did sign an agreement with our distributors where they have committed to a certain number of sales by a particular date, I believe that is price sensitive information. As fellow shareholders, can anyone honestly say they would not want this kind of information?
