IMO, you are wrong on this one. All I can suggest is that you think through the math.

It is all about dilution. Anybody who invests in a speculative non income generating company and expects after six or so years, after not participating in any almost certain CR's, to have retained their original stakeholding, has not one iota of a clue about the risks involved in such investments.
If one expects to take on high risk, one should be willing to accept a low success rate. So many aren't, and totally overlook where the actual fault lies.
We have an outstanding example of that naivety on this forum.
