Hello Canterbury, that is one side of the coin, but the public are very well informed and they will protest if the best isn't out there - eg. travelling on planes etc. 90% isn't good enough. Similar outburst re Astra Senica v. Pfizer. The public demand the best no matter the cost. If we have the best in terms of effectiveness than it will outshine all! That's my take on the price v. effectiveness. Cheers Grennleaf.
