Wayne had no choice with the IPO being delayed but it's crucial that it's not delayed any longer. Adding the first $7.5 million tranche to the $15 million in cash at the end of Sept with a $22 million burn...the company has about a quarter's worth of cash on hand and the press release stating that further drawdowns after the first tranche must be mutually agreed upon makes me think that Obsidian has no obligation after the first tranche, but I could be wrong about that.
