Don’t feel guilty about the rant. Favouring outsiders thereby Diluting existing shareholders has been the company modus operandi for over a decade now.

This is the greatest swindle of shareholder capital on the ASX and is done by countless other companies as well - yet NEVER gets investigated by the ASX - let alone ASIC

The scale of this swindle dwarfs the rip off of mums and dads so elegantly brought out by the Banking Royal Commission, yet somehow never reaches the media.

Why? I have no idea. You’d think the superfund industry would take a look (yes it rip offs their holders - that’s every single person with a superfund ie the whole country)… you’d think maybe fund managers but you see they are all in on the act. It’s the only way they out perform the market.

I guess the reason it is just continued to allow to occur is it’s a financial magicians trick so nobody sees the slight of hand. But mark my words it’s no “trick”. It’s absolutely the greatest heist of real wealth in the country.

I suppose it’s never called out by anyone is it’s just not as dramatic as say a granny getting scammed or a fleecing of a dead persons bank account, so nobody does anything about it.

The only way to stop this fiasco is to have a Royal Commission into the ASX and ASIC and abolish the regulators and redraw corporate law in this country and start again with a clean slate that outlaws share dilution

But that’s never going to happen because the power and vested interests go right to the top
