The issues at hand are far beyond if Rivas owns shares or not. It goes for years of spending and carelessness Lev has mentioned in his letter.
Also, LEv mentioned the share sales from the former CEO which took place before the profit warning when many of us lost a ton of cash. Did the board investigate it? I can’t find anything except levs interview with the CMail where he suggests issues. What happened here? Anyone know?
This is not a game for me and don’t find any of it amusing. My money is at risk and am upside down.
I hope Lev goes after those who are the real culprits.
