Dantdm2017 was curious too so pulled up the annual report and noticed Rivas has 106k worth of deferred shares payable at end of his contract...it says:
“Deferred share represent 40 percent of FY17 STI, payable to the CEO at the end of his contract term.”
For those who may know better should these shares be listed by the company in the report? debtinvestor or others?
The chairman has a good stake. Over 500k shares.
