Ann: Anthony Rivas appointed Managing Director, page-6

What I don't get and the Board needs to answer:
1. The Board has just appointed Anthony Rivas as CEO.
2. Why are they only doing it now?
3. Has there bee questions over his performance - he joined the company 15 ? months ago.
4. Anthony Rivas does not have any CLH shares. Why has he not purchased any? Does he know something that we don't? He could have purchased within the Management / Director purchasing window soon after the two results announcements this year.
5. What does this mean as to the Board's ability to back their selection of CEO?
6. Have they decided he is not worth granting shares to?

I don't understand, this all raises new questions about the whole existing Board.
ps I only are holding because I am underwater.
