Harris may well have been in financial trouble at the time ACR went into a partnership deal with them. Having come across accounting trickery before ( does anyone remember HIH and FAI - Adler and Williams?) who knows what the Harris Books said at that time. I also come across many contractors in may daily life who've been very cautious in business only to have the builder go under. So I can only hope that the current policy is directed at trying to detect potential corruption in the our partners and not something ACR has been doing. So until it becomes clearer I will say again I don't know of any missteps made by ACR. Jet
