if the only thing they can do is governance then Getting something done in a timely fashion is better than nothing in a timely fashion.
As they attempt to commercialise the medicines the timing makes some degree of sense
The last thing we need is to be spending money on lawyers due to corrupt behaviour while we are still not earning 1c from our new medicines!!
