why now to implement or to bring up such a policy ? especially when news has only recently broke about Harris Pharma. Its a pity that all our commercial partners in the generic space are US private companies, as if they were public full disclosure would be required. We'd be able to go into our partners websites and find relevant information, and compare that to what our own company is saying. as it now stands our partners web sites have no information at all, and our website has no information of relevance. but here's the rub.... employees at ACR know what's going on and are receiving so called bonus shares for performance and if our company was truly transparent we'd have details of which staff (if any, no names would be required but which department there in ) are actively trading in ACR stock and the volumes involved.
