in my book the Harris Pharma thing is the biggest mis-step of them all. I don’t think they can stand back and say “we didn’t know”. It’s their job to know. This is a very big set back. They had ages to conclude deals so that they were ready to take the next step in commercialisation the minute they got approval. This might cost us 6-9 months?? More?? Unless they were supplied fraudulent info, there are simply no excuses in my view - a massive blunder. You cannot say “oh it’s a private company”. Relevant Disclosure of Financials must be part of the distribution deal - else choose somebody else.
Good to know that you support the generics strategy. I thought it was a ripping idea at the time. They gave us an overall view of the addressable market but not broken down by drug. Now it seems that the drugs they have approved will have a tough fight for market share. Hope I am wrong here.
