Your assuming the Edwards TAVR has all the features that make the AVR TAVR unique . For all we know the Edwards TAVR might be ( and probably is ) following their current 3 piece valve design . If this is the case the AVR TAVR will out perform the Edwards TAVR in most if not all areas that are issues with current TAVR . Personally I would rather a valve that lets me lead a normal active life and lasts only 90% as long as one that dose restore my body to its normal functions
