just read the report , appears the US took over in being the main exporter of specialist steel to Australia, seems tenuous to claim this is dumping , would really have to prove it is being done at under the cost of production , nothin g of that nature in the report .
Incredulously I found the report reads like it was written by someone with little idea of the difference between the words export and import .
