In the webinar they stated explicitly that 'Plasma concentrations are high enough to be efficacious at 6000mg / 80kg but the concentration in the urine is approximately 15 times what it is in the plasma. Therefore it is concentrating in the urine and seems to be an ideal candidate for a UTI antibiotic. Demonstrates no adverse effects on the urinary tract or kidneys despite the much higher concentrations.'
Surely this puts to bed the concern re plasma concentrations.
