OK, I promise, the last post here. I hate myself when I down ramp.

Firstly, this is a vital sector. My economy needs workers and at the time that they need them. Secondly, and just as importantly, the gift of a job can make a profound difference to a person and the people who love them. Happy memories of seeing people start work and turn their lives around.

The thing is that this can be a brutal industry for providers. Many have invested their money in anticipation of government and industry demand and have seen circumstances change dramatically and without warning.

The thing is with equities: the financials matter. The balance sheet here, sorry, Statement of Financial Position, screams valuation risk. The ASX and ASIC would be watching closely. Lenders current and future would be interested. We should be too. AP M and their auditors will need to address recognition of intangibles and perhaps receivables as well.
