there is no way in hell the chairman only knew of the revenue down grade on the morning of the AGM.
further the only time they knew of the profit down grade was yesterday.
definite breach of continuous disclosure rules
secondly I am guessing they’re close to breaking their debt covenants. The debt is sky rocketing
the share price will continue falling because the market knows a capital raising is coming at a deep discount.
these fat cat directors will have participate in the capital raising!! Sucked in to them especially fat anghie on his $4m pa salary and bonuses and performance rights
the $40m he made in the ipo will have to ploughed into the capital raising
and the billionaire is now worth $245m on paper. She won’t be topping up any time soon … she knows she will have to top up big time in the recap raising
