Also i suspect diluting BBI now, from Bepa , will keep BBI down. after all thats what BBI are fearing?
BUT, announcing it is not on the cards will have the reverse effect. no more fear = higher SP.
A corner stone investor stands to gain alot more getting in now or post dbct at say 20c for 20% stake and a NAV around 50c.
the 20c then trends closer to Nav, say 40c, at that point issue some more BBI to Beppa holders or hope that some have been bought back and cancelled in the mean time.
Look deeply at the top20 and you will quickly figure it all out
