I tend to agree with you that it is possible at the end of day the SP might Initially be around the mid 3s but it is a good project so retail holders might hold back and await developments with only low volume available - my guess it will stabilise sitting around the CR raise price or just above until an information flow re progress gets underway - this is why I did not bother subscribing in the CR - I have a sizeable holding even post consolidation and while not desperate to increase my holding I would be tempted if shares were available In the mid 3s
