Has been underway for a while. I think they're just trying to tell the market offtake is going to get done. This is first time they have put in writing that there is an MOU in place.
Talking to Brian weeks ago he was already in conversations. Not about if it will get done - is purely about what the agreed terms are that they are negotiating.
