They have dragged ( used every legal option available )this " minor dispute" out as long as possible
Since no announcement of the resolution award outcome despite 'by the end of the month' expectation - it appears it may yet be dragged out longer. Someone is trying to make sure AAU does not receive funds anytime soon.
