Agreed, I'm plenty surprised at the terms. Obviously would have been nicer if they didn't need it. Things are getting ever closer to an outcome! With a decent award the convertible note can either be paid out early or the SP would minimise the dilution. Definitely funded to the award now, this is the pointy end
