Shrugs; ask the company if you're really that worried.
Besides what you're you're looking at is a summary of an agreement, not the agreement itself. Only ambiguity I see in that summary is if the floor is 1.5c or the floor is 10% discount to 1.5c. Rounding error in the big scheme of things so I for one will not bother asking the company about it.
