Has this been commented on earlier? The gap in timing between AAU cash and finalisation seems to be more akin of a crack widening in earth's plates than a speedy resolution.
"It is anticipated that the Tribunal’s findings will be handed down by the end of September 2023 withthe Respondent directed to pay any amounts awarded to EnviroGold within two to three months" BTW that's November.
