Maybe @jumpstart. The government miner is probably a different set of people, with a different approach to the government tax office. I think it will be something that AAU will assess as, and if, they negotiate and develop the contracts for any JV. I suspect AAU will be wary based on previous experience and won't sign up unless they feel the deal is good and the relationship is positive. At least I hope so.
