By the time AAU get serious about the funding, the crisis arising out of Evengrande will be in full swing. Its its 'manageable' then all may be well with AAU but if it is a Chinese Lehman moment on steroids then funding may be very difficult or at much higher costs. In the video recently, Brian did say that, though he hopes it doesn't come to that, and doesn't think it will, a share issue to raise the funds is not off the table.
