if you're certain the CR is already funded then it basically guarantees it's been done at 3.5c or below not sure that is such a good thing.

ideally it's not done yet and we can push up to 5c - 6c where the dilution will be significantly less if they are going to do a standard CR before end of year

I also think some people are getting confused between the CR that is occurring before the end of the this year and the funding that Brian talks about being locked away by end of Q1 in 2023 (which is meant to be less dilutive) - these are two separate funding rounds in my view.
