What other better alternatives did AAU have? This share issue and convertible note should take us past the point where offtake agreements and the source of the funding of the LD mine will be finalised and announced. I my view it brings, at an acceptable cost, a solid likelihood that LD will go ahead (unless something unpredictable happens).
