If I hadn't previously heard (via two different sources) that there have been recent activities towards progressing the legal claim and those have been ongoing whilst most of us are asleep on any given night, I'd be sceptical about this being included, but I am prepared to take this at face value.
But I do have to say, milestones have to start being hit, no more of these slippages.
