If the share price stays in the doldrums they'll be issuing BJ another 40mill shares at 2.8c which is a 15% discount to the current price and an 8% interest rate next year. It might be even lower and he can get 50-100million shares instead! As I said, its not a win for shareholders, its a win for BJ.
How can you not comprehend this.
