owning 25% of a company that is a valued at $15m market cap (i.e. 3c) is not a win for anyone relative to where this company should be. especially as it means the company is most likely struggling with significant delays and funding if we are 3.3c in 12 months time, so no that is not a win for Brian.

owning 25% of a company that is valued at $50 - $100m market cap (9c - 18c) and having to convert your $1m convertible note at a higher price is far more beneficial for Brian and he will be a much more wealthy individual.

If Brian has to convert this time next yr at the same price, it's not a win as the company has had significant setbacks and dilution will most likely have deteriorated further, i wouldn't be buying in 12 months time if we are still at 3.3.c
