Fairly strong finish to the week for AAU. Have not seen the buy side so stacked for a while.
Interesting to see how the SP performs on Monday/Tuesday next week when the newly issued CR shares are tradeable.
Likely see some selling pressure, mainly from those who got in to the CR via 180 Markets or Fresh Equities as majority of these are traders who will flip their 5c shares for 5.1c or even at 5c and do what they like with the free 1 for 3 AAUOB options.
Seems from what Brian has said in the last interview published that in this raise a large portion of shares was placed to overseas investors either high net worth individuals / institutions who are dipping their toes in to AAU in anticipation for the El Pilar porphyry story unfolding. Hopefully this means less flipping of CR shares for a pip or two and that these are mostly longer term investors.
