    My thoughts exactly, if I had a lazy $30M I would buy up 19.9% then offer a loan. I am sure that is what our new shareholders are doing. Good luck to them, and for us mere mortals there is still upside. I have no issue with another $1M CR, it's better than the alternative. The recent developments/announcement gives me some confidence NS will finally get there.
