hugely destructive to SHs. Over 2B shares now. Why don't they do non-dilutive raises? Could have given the offtaker some shares. Brian could have loaned the company some money. Give SHs opportunity to purchase at a discount. Many options to do something that doesn't smash existing shareholders again. But nope
