Free Carry Options play has been pretty routine at every cap raise, partake, get the options and then sell the shares back on market (usually during a soon to follow positive news story), it is merely recyclying of cap raise participants IMO
I too think we'll see 2.0c and lower, the difference between the 2.3c cap raise and the sell down is the price they'll be happy to hold options for if not able to achieve free carry by selling back on-market at 2.3c
