Is just my intuition, which I must say has been wrong about some other things in the past. If you were planning to wind-up AAU, liquidating EVGLL would be a natural first step.
As I've mentioned before, the political and commercial enivroment (e.g. sanctions and tariffs by Trump) is going to make the NS project difficult to get up and running. Given how long the arbitration took, it's hard to believe that the liquidator will be successful in getting most of what EVGLL/AAU expects is owed to it. Some of what is owed is going to be consumed by the liquidator's fees.
Still no news about a firm source of funding for NS.
AAU has always tried to put a positive spin on deteriorating circumstances. This announcement feels much the same as others in the past.
