Peace, I doubt PYC are working for free, but this announcement was a bit bizarre really. No details at all on financials, timelines or terms....? Nothing specific around the tech being used, etc...
I know they're usually under some sort of confidentiality agreement, but a complete lack of information to the market makes it hard to assess it's worth.
Just look at the market reaction. What was it, 350,000 shares at 2c = $7,000. The buy side hardly moved.
Was that all the deal was worth in business value? I hope not?
I was hoping the new mgt team would do better. Perhaps they have a bit on their plate now and should be given some rope to work with..!!?
