Take a look at our other properties, they are very good, if not outstanding. If the management wasn't sure that an agreement with the owners was imminent, they would definitely have taken more care of the other things. Why should we start something else now when we're so close to our goal? Our other properties aren't running away from us, step by step, we're just all getting impatient.
