The issue IS NOT whether land access will ultimately be granted. The issue is WHEN will it be granted. If we have a belligerent land owner on our hands it could easily be many months if not over a year going through the legal hoops before TMG starts doing any drilling. I think s'holders have a right to be furious at TMG for suggesting that land access was imminent (or words to that effect). They need to update us and update us NOW!
