I think based on DTR's recent POTUS shoutout leading to a 500% increse and expected funding inbound we will still see US funding on mining companies. This is futher strengthened by the US wanting to reduce reliance on Chinese smelting and refining, this looks like a very strong investment for the US economy.
To your point about Trigg over LRV i think this comes down to current stage and how mcuh growth these managers are expecting, LRV is substantially larger and further along, whereas they may see more potential here
