Very well said. There is encouragement. But long long way off a legitimate Inferred Resource as a minimum. Unfortunately, despite the best attempts of regulators there are still some very 'rubbery' resources out there.
The best NAG could come up with at present in reference to the JORC Code, would be an Exploration Target, which is a lower category the Inferred Resource, and does not hold much strength.
