    Let us not forget who 2 of the biggest shareholders are - NAG directors.

    I would be surprised if there weren't any offers on the table with the SP being driven down during the past 2 years. I think they call it a poop and scoop.

    Lots of pooping but the scooping part failed.

    Those two directors may have well been the difference between someone taking over the company for a song (see Red River Resources) and keeping this company alive and protecting their shareholder's interests.
